• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

2. Approval:

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Inspection and Refunds:

   • Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
